This opportunity could really be a good one for a person with Neurology, Radiology or a strong Administrator background. I gathered some of the basic information: I have been given a new search assignment to identify a Practice Administrator for a Neurology Clinic in North Texas. This position is exciting from the stand point that this operation needs Management Direction. The organization has grown tremendously over the past 5 years to include an Imaging Center, Infusion Center and Rehabilitation Hospital.

In the next 30 days they will be moving into the new Administration Building, a real eye popper, where the Director, Billing and Collections, Medical Records and administrative staff will be housed. The organization is made up of 4 Physician Partners (3 Neurologists, 1 Neurosurgeon) + 3 Staff Physicians, 4 Physician Assistants, 1 Nurse Practitioner, several RNs and LVNs and a support staff of 80 employees. The new Administrator will be responsible for the Clinic and the Imaging Center on a day-to-day basis and will provide overview on the remaining entities.

The compensation package is flexible and the range is $80,000-$110,000 + perks, nothing is chiseled in stone. I hope you can help me on this search and will give me a call
