for a 5-10 minute discussion of the CIGNA RICO 
settlement during our meeting.  For those who 
would like to stay after the meeting, we will 
have a 30 minute round table discussion 
of who benefits from and how to file settlement 
claims to CIGNA.

November 3rd is also our annual business 
meeting.  Join us to vote for our
