o       Conducted process analysis and redesign for a university hospital nursing department in preparation for the design and implementation of a computer-based patient record

4     As Operations Manager, PM&R, Delaware County Memorial Hospital:

o       Reengineered departmental operations for inpatient and outpatient Physical Medicine Services to improve patient-provider relationships and lower overall costs of providing therapy services

o        Co-chair of Value Analysis Team for Physical Medicine Department within the health system, which examined purchasing products and services to objectively determine maximum value.Savings of $500,000 to system during the 1994 - 1995 fiscal year

4     As Director of Therapy Services, Horizon Specialty Hospital:

o       Coordinated survey preparation and management activities at the administrative and clinical level for Texas Department of Health, CARF and JCAHO survey processes, within a six-month period of time, to ensure compliance and full accreditation for all surveys

o        Wrote all operational policies and procedures to enable this work hardening company to meet State licensure requirements and initiate the CARF accreditation process
